Our salon
A calm salon with fewer bookings
Our salon is in Brickell, in a quiet single-floor space. We book no more than four guests at the same hour, so chairs never sit empty and nobody waits in line.
Hair and nails are up front, and the facial and massage rooms are in the back. Phones stay on silent in the treatment rooms, and the lighting is soft rather than dim. Most guests come in for one service and add a brow shaping or a manicure.

Questions before your appointment
How do I book an appointment?
On the booking page you choose the service, day and time, and your choices turn into a WhatsApp message. You send the message, and we confirm in writing the same day. If you'd rather call, you can reach us during business hours.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Let us know by WhatsApp or phone at least 24 hours ahead; changes are free. For bridal appointments the notice period is 7 days. For no-shows without notice, we may ask for a deposit to hold your next appointment.
What happens if I'm running late?
If you're up to 15 minutes late, we try to fit everything in by shortening the service. If you're later than that, we move your appointment to a new time so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
Yes, if there's an opening. Send us a WhatsApp message in the morning and we'll tell you what's open that day. Saturdays fill up faster, so we suggest messaging a day ahead.
